South Africa
South Africa has a strong tipping culture:
– Restaurants: 10-15% of the bill (15-20% for excellent service)
– Car guards: R5-10
– Petrol attendants: R5-10
– Hotel porters: R10-20 per bag
– Hairdressers: 10-15%
– Delivery drivers: R10-20
